By accessing or using the Exovin website and store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund/Return/Cancellation policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
The service
Exovin (operated by Keisha Future Farms Pvt. Ltd.) sells fresh vegetables, leafy greens, herbs, vine crops and salad bowls, offered in Grams/Kilograms units, as one-off purchases and as scheduled subscription deliveries, served to serviceable locations in and around Ahmedabad, Gujarat. All products are sold through the Exovin platform and invoiced as per applicable law. GST (where applicable, e.g. 5% on applicable produce) is shown at checkout.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a binding contract to place an order. You may register as an Individual or a Business. You agree to provide accurate, current information.
Account and login
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP-based logins and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Orders and acceptance
An order placed on the platform is an offer to purchase. Exovin may accept or decline any order, including where products are unavailable, a delivery address is outside the serviceable area, or pricing/stock on the site is incorrect. Order confirmation and payment-status timelines are shown in your account.
Pricing, units and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Products are sold in the units selected (Grams/Kilograms). Applicable GST/duties and any charges are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed via our payment gateway (Razorpay). Payment is due at the time of order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you in that case.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are recurring, scheduled deliveries of produce. Plans include a food type and schedule with delivery slots (e.g., morning, afternoon, evening). You are responsible for managing your subscription (dates, items) through your account; features may be added or restricted for operational reasons. Subscription billing follows your plan. Delivery failures outside the serviceable area or at non-deliverable addresses are not eligible for delivery.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to the Shipping Policy and our serviceable-pincode coverage. Delivery time-slots are indicative and may vary. We aim to deliver within the selected slot; occasional delays due to weather, traffic or operational factors are not grounds for cancellation beyond the Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy. Any return you raise may require a photo/video of the item; approval is at Exovin's discretion after review, and refunds are released on approval.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform (e.g., unauthorised access, scraping, submitting false or harmful content, interfering with service). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
All content — brand name "Exovin", logo, text, images, graphics, and platform design — is owned by or licensed to Exovin. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third-party services
The platform may reference third-party services (payment gateway, delivery partners). Their use is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for service outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exovin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Gujarat. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Entire agreement / changes
These terms, with the linked policies, form the entire agreement. We may amend them from time to time; the current version on this page applies. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
