This policy covers returns, refunds and cancellations for products purchased on the Exovin platform, one-off orders and subscriptions alike. Keisha Future Farms Pvt. Ltd. ("Exovin") aims to deliver fresh, quality produce; where an item is not as expected, we will review and resolve it fairly.
Quality / freshness guarantee
If you receive produce that is not fresh, damaged, or materially different from the item ordered, you may raise a return/refund request. Fresh produce quality is best assessed on delivery; please inspect and report promptly.

Returns are reviewed by Exovin. We may approve or reject a request based on the evidence provided, product condition, and timing. Where approved, the refund is processed by Exovin (the amount may be entered manually at the point of approval) and released to the original payment method. Approval and refund timelines depend on payment-gateway processing and bank credit times.
